The Course and Personal Best Practice Facility

The par 72 championship golf course will play about 7,400 yards from the Championship tees, and features bentgrass fairways, tees and greens. It's obvious when you look at the layout of the Club that golf is the priority here with no homesites on the entire property. The course will be built to state-of-the-art specifications, including a cutting-edge irrigation system that will ensure the best quality of maintenance possible. The golf course will quickly become known for its varied settings. The private feeling and pristine golf topography gives way to sweeping skyline views across the 270 acres dedicated to golf and fun.
