Chicago Highlands Membership

Chicago Highlands is a private, invitation-only family club . The memberships are a 30-year revocable license for a member, spouse and eligible children. Membership includes the use of all Club facilities including our world-class golf course, state-of-the-art practice facility, resort-style pool and tennis complex, paddle tennis, fitness and spa areas, ice skating rink, bowling lanes, and other clubhouse facilities.

The Club was founded to provide professional management, protect the member from assessments, fully refund the membership deposit, and avoid unnecessary board politics. This structure allows the members to focus purely on enjoyment of the Club, not operations. There are a maximum of 300 Charter and Golf memberships.

Charter memberships and the first 2 Flights of Golf Memberships are closed. Currently, Third Flight Golf memberships are available until fully subscribed. Fourth Flight Golf Memberships will be released upon the sale of up to 25 Third Flight memberships (with each subsequent flight consisting of up to 25 memberships). It is anticipated that pricing and terms will continue to change upon the release of each additional flight.

Third Flight Golf Memberships require a fully refundable, non-interest bearing Membership Deposit of $125,000, payable in three installments. $25,000 is due upon application with two additional $50,000 payments due on March 1, 2010, and June 1, 2010. Third Flight Golf Members are subject to a 10% transfer fee upon resignation. Dues are projected at $9,300 annually (only 80% will be due until the clubhouse opens), prorated in the first year when the course opens in 2010. It is anticipated that dues will be $5,000 in 2010. Annual dues include unlimited greens fees, unlimited use of the practice facility, pool, tennis, paddle tennis, fitness and spa areas, lockers, bag storage, handicap fees, shoe cleaning, club cleaning, Mill River program and golf lessons for you, your spouse and eligible family members.
